1. Calibrate, adjust, and record heat anticipator setting
2. Test & record voltages on indoor blower & outdoor ac compressor
3. Test & record amps on indoor blower & outdoor ac compressor
4. Test gas pressure furnace & high/low pressure A/C
5. Test ohm reading on compressor, IFM & OFM
6. Examine heat exchanger for cracks & CO levels
7. Test &record A/C superheat &/or sub cooling
8. Remove and clean burner and pilot assembly
9. Test and record temperature rise/drop in heating/cool mode
10. Test and record resistance & amp draw on igniter
11. Clean, test and record outdoor fan motor amps and volts
12. Test multi-amp reading on flame sensor/contactor
13. Check blower settings, dip switches and wiring
14. Cycle complete system (A/C, Heating and fan operation)
15. Clean and level the thermostat
16. Remove any trash or debris from indoor unit
17. Inspect combustion air intake to code
18. Test all controls and safety features on indoor and outdoor unit
19. Tighten or adjust all belts and pulleys if applicable
20. Tighten electrical connections on the disconnects
21. Leak test for gas leaks at furnace gas piping connections
22. Monitor flue draft on gas furnace
23. Examine duct conditions (if accessible)
24. Inspect vent connection and condition
25. Inspect, clean all condensate traps, drains and pumps
26. Lubricate all moving parts on indoor unit
27. Visually inspect in/outdoor coils and line set for refrigerant leaks
28. Clean indoor and outdoor coils |
